We work under the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations in order to maintain a safe working environment for employees, the general public and the client. We carry out a risk analysis of a worksite before starting any job to determine how certain elements such as access, hazardous materials or pollution could affect our work plan. Also to determine the extent of barrier and hoarding required.
